At Echo Apps Ltd., we are committed to ensuring that the mybunny.ai platform ("APP") is used responsibly and safely by individuals who meet the legal age requirements.

The APP includes AI-generated adult content accessible only to registered users. Therefore, users must be at least 18 years old, or of legal age in their country of residence, to access and engage with such content.

By using the APP, users affirm that they meet the minimum age requirement and are legally permitted to access adult content. We have implemented multiple measures to oversee and prevent the registration of users who do not meet the legal age requirements.

We are also dedicated to ensuring that AI-generated content on our APP does not bear any resemblance to minors or exploit their likeness. To this end, we have implemented a proprietary content moderation filter to ensure full compliance with our Terms and Policies.

1. Registering

When registering for the APP, users are presented with an initial landing page or age gate specifically designed to restrict access to individuals under the legal age. Before accessing any main content, users are required to confirm their age.

Users must affirm that they are above 18 years old, and this confirmation is used to verify their eligibility to access the platform. A transparent disclaimer clearly states that users must be 18 years or older to access the Services.

Users are also informed that providing false information about their age constitutes a violation of our Terms of Service. Echo Apps Ltd. cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies or misrepresentations regarding a user's age.

Users are responsible for complying with local laws and regulations regarding the access and consumption of adult content.

2. Content Responsibility

As a user of the APP, you are solely responsible for the output generated by the AI Companions through text messages, voice messages, images, and videos. The AI Companions generate responses based on your conversations and the parameters you select.

You acknowledge and agree that Echo Apps Ltd. does not control or endorse the content generated by the AI Companions. Accordingly, you are fully responsible for the output generated and your own actions while using the APP.

You must ensure that your interactions with the AI Companions comply with applicable laws, regulations, and our Terms and Policies, particularly the Blocked Content Policy. You agree not to engage in any illegal, unethical, or harmful activities through the APP.

We specifically emphasize the provisions of paragraphs 1d and 1e of the Blocked Content Policy, which strictly prohibit content that exploits or endangers minors. This includes, but is not limited to, child pornography, sexual exploitation, or any form of harm or harassment toward minors. Attempts to generate AI content resembling minors or exploiting their likeness are also explicitly forbidden.

3. Content Moderation

At Echo Apps Ltd., we value the safety, respect, and integrity of all our users. While interactions between users and AI Companions are generally confidential, we have implemented a content moderation filter, based on proprietary LLM technology, to ensure compliance with our Terms and Policies, including the Blocked Content Policy.

If the moderation filter detects content that violates our terms, we reserve the right to manually review the flagged content and take appropriate action, which may include suspending or terminating the user's account. This measure is intended to maintain a secure and respectful environment for all users.

We strive to balance user privacy with community standards and appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines.

4. Content Removal

Any content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these provisions will be promptly removed.
