Welcome to mybunny.ai (the "APP").

These Terms of Service (the "TOS") set forth the legally binding terms for your use of the APP owned and operated by Echo Apps Ltd., a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16141134, with its registered office at Kemp House, 160 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.

By accessing and/or using the APP, you agree to be bound by these TOS. Your access and/or use of the APP constitutes acceptance of these TOS and all other Terms and Policies published on https://mybunny.ai. If you do not agree with these TOS or any other Terms and Policies, please cease using the APP and refrain from accessing any part of our Services.

The APP is intended for personal and non-commercial use only. You agree not to use the APP for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. For purposes of the TOS, "you" and "your" refer to you as the user of the APP.

1. General

mybunny.ai is an online chat application that uses artificial intelligence ("AI") algorithms to generate virtual and fictional characters ("AI Companions"). The APP generates messages, allowing you to chat with AI Companions. The APP may also generate other media, including but not limited to, images, videos, and voice notes (the "Services"). Parts of the Services offered by the APP may require you to create a user account.

The APP and its Services comply with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013). If you purchase digital content or services, you acknowledge that the delivery of such content begins immediately, and you waive your statutory right to cancel under the 14-day cooling-off period, as permitted by these regulations.

To begin, you need to select an AI character or generate your own AI character (both physical and personality characteristics) using our algorithms. You can then start a conversation with your selected character(s).

1.1 Account

Certain Services offered by the APP may require you to create a user account using your email and password ("Protected Areas"). You agree to access Protected Areas only using your registered email address and password.

• All information you provide is accurate and up-to-date.
• You have the legal right to provide the information submitted.
• You will update your information as necessary to maintain accuracy.
• You will protect the confidentiality of your account and not share your access credentials.

You agree that you are fully responsible for all activities occurring under your account. Your account is non-transferable, and you may not sell, lend, or share it for any purpose.

Violation of these TOS may result in the suspension or termination of your account at Echo Apps Ltd."s sole discretion.

1.2 Subscription

Some Services are available only to paid subscribers. Subscriptions begin upon payment and are subject to the terms outlined on our website at the time of purchase. You are responsible for all fees, charges, and applicable taxes.

Subscription details, including cancellation and renewal terms, are provided in Section 10 of this TOS.

1.3 User Safety

At Echo Apps Ltd., we prioritize user safety. We advise against sharing sensitive personal information, such as financial details or passwords, during interactions with AI Companions. While we implement security measures to protect user data, we cannot guarantee the security of information shared during conversations.

In compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we are committed to protecting user data. Detailed information on how your data is collected, processed, stored, and your rights under GDPR can be found in our Privacy Policy. Users have the right to request access to their data, correct inaccuracies, and request deletion of their personal information.

You are responsible for protecting your personal information and for reporting any suspicious activity via the "Contact" section of the APP or by emailing [email protected].

1.4 Warranties

By using the APP, you warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• If you are under the legal age, you will not use the APP.
• You will use the APP in compliance with applicable laws.

1.5 Accessibility for Underage Users

The APP is strictly intended for use by individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Users under the age of 18 are prohibited from signing up or using any part of the APP.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts or restrict access if we suspect or have evidence that the user is underage. Parents or guardians are encouraged to monitor their children's online activity to ensure compliance with this policy.

2. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the APP, including but not limited to technology, systems, files, text, photographs, videos, and software, are owned by or licensed to Echo Apps Ltd. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the APP for personal purposes only. This license does not constitute a transfer of ownership.

Any unauthorized use of the APP"s intellectual property may result in legal action.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you provide as Input within the APP. By providing Input, you grant Echo Apps Ltd. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, worldwide license to use, display, and modify your Input as necessary to provide the Services. This license terminates when you delete your Input or account, except for content used in commercial or sponsored contexts, which may remain in use until discontinued.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your Input complies with applicable laws and these TOS.

4. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Modify, decompile, or reverse-engineer the APP.
• Interfere with the APP"s security features.
• Use the APP to violate any laws or infringe upon the rights of others.
• Upload or share harmful, offensive, or illegal content.

5. Subscription and Payments

Subscription plans are available on a monthly or annual basis, payable via credit card, cryptocurrency or other approved methods. Tokens may be purchased separately to access additional features, such as image generation or voice notes.

• Cancellation: Subscriptions can be canceled at any time via the "Settings" section. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• Refunds: Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of payment. Refunds will not be issued if tokens have been used.

6. Liability

The APP is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Echo Apps Ltd. shall not be liable for:

• Any errors or interruptions in the APP.
• Loss of data or revenue resulting from use of the APP.
• Any indirect or consequential damages, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These TOS are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.

8. Changes to TOS

Echo Apps Ltd. reserves the right to update these TOS at any time. Continued use of the APP after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
